Despatch and Postage:

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of payment - usually quicker.

Our standard service is Royal Mail 48, or you can select Royal Mail 24 at an extra cost

Larger items will be sent using a 2-3 day courier service

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your labels, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

If you wish to return your unopened labels, we will of course issue a full refund

(return postage to be paid by the buyer)
